This is one of the best guest houses I have ever visited! The rooms were really stylish with big and comfy beds, the kitchen had every sort of tool you need to prepare a tasty dinner, the terrace had a wonderful view. The house is situated in a really peaceful region in the hills and it is certainly one of those places where you can take a glass of wine, watch the sunset and take some time for yourself. I would definitely visit it again! Obrigado!

The property is absolutely perfect. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. We were welcomed to use their common areas, which was nice when we decided to have a down day from exploring. We would highly recommend this place to couples or families with young children. It is well located for those people that want to explore Coimbra and Piodao and have a car. It is located in a very friendly and safe village. What really makes it is how friendly and helpful the owner is.

We spent four nights in this totally unique house in the mountain village of Candal. The hosts Mario and Samuel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cozy three story house was comfortable and warm, peacefully quiet at night. This is not a luxury accommodation, but recommended for those who are seeking interesting experiences!
