QUINTA DA FAÍSCA - Agro Turismo ligger i Favaios med pooludsigt. Her er en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse. Der er også gratis wi-fi. Amazing place - the highlight of our trip! There is so much that was great. The new accommodation is fabulous - 2 bed apartments, one a mezzanine, with the most tremendous architecture and stunning views over the Quinta’s valley. Fernanda was an extraordinary hostess, she went far out of her way to give us an intimate tour of the wine production and a perfect sunset tasting with nibbles. You really are a part of the farm, not separate - we were encouraged to wander through the vineyards and pick almonds from the trees. The Quinta is on a beautiful plateau with quiet roads, great for local wanders and runs, rural with dreamy views. The wine was amazing - some of the best while we had all the trip, and tremendous value. The swimming pool is quite chilly, though location is perfect, nestled in the vineyards.

Castas do Douro har pooludsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering og ligger i Tabuaço, 20 km fra Museu do Douro. What a wonderful place to stay. Location was perfect for a 3 day trip to the area. The facilities were great and the welcome wine was, well, very welcome. Mario and Helga were superb, very responsive and helpful in organising taxis (Laurinda, the taxi driver, lovely too). The facilities late great and the claw foot bath with a view over the valley was a the icing on the cake. A fabulous, relaxing and beautiful place. P.s the parking was not as tricky as some reviews suggest (there were 3 vehicles in the parking lot for the first 2 days with no problem - bit tight getting in / out but not too bad).

Quinta da Laceira - Douro Valley - Alojamento Local ligger i Vila Real, kun 10 km fra Natur Waterpark. Her er en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool, en restaurant, en bar og gratis wi-fi. Staying at the vineyard was an exquisite experience. The location offered stunning views, and the pool added to the charm. The hosts were incredibly friendly, hospitable, making us feel right at home. Not to mention, the wine and olive oil were exceptional, adding an extra layer of delight to our stay. We will back.

Casas da Barca tilbyder indkvartering i Vila Nova de Foz Côa, 42 km fra São João da Pesqueira Wine Museum. Overnatningsstedet ligger 18 km fra Termas de Longroiva, og der er gratis wi-fi overalt. Bruno was most kind to meet us to check in and provided useful information about the town. The apartment was neat, clean and well equipped. Parking was easy right outside the house.

Casa Nunes ligger i Pinhão, 23 km fra Natur Waterpark og 26 km fra Museu do Douro. Her er gratis wi-fi, aircondition og en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool. Meget imødekommende og venlig værtinde, som hyggede om os. Ren pool, fantastisk udsigt, rummelig og ren lejlighed, beliggenhed tæt ved både station og indkøb.
