We felt truly comfortable with our 5 year old. Igloos are small by nature but not to worry because the main house is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend and would like to come back for sure.

The bed and mattress are of exceptional quality so we had a perfect night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The owners, Rita and Micke, live nearby and are very friendly and discreet. The stuga is the ideal base for exploring the area around Bjorkliden and Abisko.

We stayed at the mini lodge for a couple of nights in late September. The place is quite cozy and convenient. The best feature of it - by far - is the view. Right in front of the lake, with only a thin line of trees. We got some pretty good views of the aurora from inside the cabin. The attached picture was taken from inside (using a tripod of course). You can literally catch the aurora while seating on the couch or on the armchair! Relatively secluded as well, as it is located at the end of the road.

Perfect location to see the northern lights; we were able to see it right from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped and there's a supermarket nearby within walking distance. The water was cold due to heater issues when we arrived on a Saturday, and the hosts were very responsive and quickly get the issue partially resolved on the day itself, and fully resolved by the next day.

Brice knocked on the door to let us know and told us a great spot to see them. Great location near the ice hotel and reindeer museum.
