It was immaculately clean and everything was spotless. We were located in the peacefull neighborhood, only a short walk distance from a city centre, and on the right spot to all Soča valley attractions. What really made the experience, though, was the host. She was fantastic—very warm, welcoming, easy to deal with, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and are already planning a return.❤️

Its a cozy and private place, with a nice big garden. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. 3 separate bedroom, two have big, king size beds and one has 4 bunkbeds. Its not close to a main road so it was quiet as well. The grill is very old/basic, there is an electreic stove outside which was nice but not the cleanest. Also, there was heating and Air conditioning.

The accommodation has everything you need. Roman and Milena are such loving hosts. We can only recommend the house.

This is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in! Everything was thought through. Every little detail was like customized for our needs. All that we needed from an accommodation and so quiet and peaceful! We could even harvest some fresh vegetables and apples from the yard, and grill some barbecue in the evenings. The view is amazing and we just sat on the porch every night looking at the stunning mountains. Even thought the house was private and quiet, it was just a few minutes drive from all the attractions and activities we wanted to do in Bovec. I would recommend this stay to any couple. Also Slavica was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I just wish we had stayed longer as there is so much to do in the local area including kayaking, rafting, hiking to gorges and waterfalls and much more. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the yard as much as we would have liked. The hosts were welcoming and very nice, the place was set up beautifully to accommodate us. Amazing swimming, walking distance from the property which we enjoyed everyday!

This is a fabulous well maintained almost-new cottage in a scenic village about 5 km from Kobarid. We loved walking around the village. The only restaurant in town was closed on weeknights as we stayed in April. There is no grocery store. We drove back into Kobarid for a lovely meal.
