We stayed at River Houses Ljubljanica for 7 nights, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is simply stunning - right on the river, with a beautiful view and a peaceful garden that made every morning feel magical. Inside, the house was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. The beds were super comfortable, and the WiFi was strong, which we appreciated. But what truly made this stay special were the hosts. They were incredibly helpful, kind, beyond anything we could have hoped for. This was one of those rare places that feels like home the moment you arrive. We will definitely return, and can’t recommend it highly enough!

It is a 3 floors house with a basement. 4 bedroom with 2 bedroom and separate bathroom and toilet each on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Clean, nice and comfortable house. Bed is comfortable and Each bedroom have fan and heater. Kitchen have all the needed stuff. Fits our group of 7 people comfortably. Big garden good for BBQ however we did not use it as we spend most of the time in the house cooking and eating due to the cold weather. Owner is very responsive when we asked questions and he was quick to give us answer. Big parking space we have 2 cars and fit nicely next to the house. Near to city...walking distance. Near to supermarket just 5 mins walking distance. Overall very happy with the stay

The house is on a slope, so that the entrance & ground floor are down from the small road (which is a dead-end with no through-traffic). From the entrance area, which is quite big with space for shoes, etc, there's a living room, kitchen, sofa-TV area (with sofa-bed & shower/WC). There's a deck/terrace and garden area. Near the entrance there's stairs leading to three bedrooms - a large bedroom, with ensuite shower/WC, & two other bedrooms plus another shower/WC. There's a lot of windows, mainly floor-ceiling, to the garden area & to the side, which has a large parking space under an old oak tree. The windows/doors have light-proof blinds/shutters plus mosquito blinds. Everything is clean, tidy & working. The floors, windows, doors are from quality materials. It's a very quiet area, but close (~500m) to a small ring-road that leads to a few supermarkets & a road to the old town, about 10 minutes drive. There's also a bus-stop nearby. We were greeted by our host, who is friendly & easy-going. He showed us around the house & gave us some useful information about the area. There's also a contactless key handover procedure. We felt at home & enjoyed our stay.

House was super clean, well equipped . Any place is a bit far just because of the mountains and the roads but we wouldn’t change it. One hour to Lake Bled and one hour plus to the caves, recommend the vignette to save time for sure. Towels and linens included. Heaters and chimney were a plus, wood included 😍. Had welcome goddies 💗
