A magnificent swimming pool with a sunbathing area. The dining area is under a canopy outside and inside. Any little thing you can think of is already here. There are 4 7/11 shops and a large market with fruits and local food within a 5-minute walk. The beach is 10 minutes away. And it is much cleaner than in the center of Pattaya. It's incredibly quiet here. I only heard the voices of local animals. The owner is a very friendly person. Even before settling in, he was in touch and immediately left his contacts. The check-in was quick and contactless, which is also a big plus. The villa also has a cleaning service. There is everything here to stay for the whole season. We were vacationing with two children. They were absolutely delighted.
