However, the Dar is incredible, the artistry, the history. You feel like you have traveled across time. We found the kitchen very useful and ready. We loved eating in the dining room and enjoying the adjacent living room. The beds were great, the heating system excellent. The retractable roof in the interior courtyard dramatically changes the sensations. We loved the roof top terrace to enjoy breakfast.

Self check-in went smoothly. The house is great and located on 4 floors (top floor being a rooftop..something to be mindful of in the event you have less mobile guests). The location is excellent : right in the middle of Sidi Bou Saïd and walking distance to everything and the back street has a downward sloping path that leads straight to the beach and port, which is a bit more local and less touristy. We had a lovely stay.

Dodi is an exceptional host! So attentive and kind! The house is great, beautiful and in the perfect location. The bedrooms are on the different floors and have their own bathrooms, which gives a lot of privacy. The terrace is super nice for relaxing. Supermarket, great coffee place, restaurants, little shops to buy water (open till late), taxi - everything just next to the house. We loved staying in this house and the area.
