We absolutely loved our time at the villa! We arrived by car, which was very convenient — the location is easy to reach and surrounded by beautiful places to visit. However, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the villa at all — it was so relaxing, comfortable, and full of charm. Everything was perfect for a quiet and cozy stay, and we truly enjoyed every moment there. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rest, recharge, and simply enjoy the beauty around. 💛

Villa Upper House encontra-se em Kas e providencia uma varanda com vista do mar e da montanha, assim como piscina exterior aberta todo o ano, piscina interior e sauna. Villa was absolutely spotless on arrival! It's conveniently located less than a 10 min drive to Kalkan town, and a couple of supermarkets right at the bottom if you need anything. All of the bedrooms are a great size, and facilities are excellent - both indoor and outdoor pools, and even sauna! The sea view is stunning too!

All I can say is WOW. I was not expecting this level of cleanliness, comfort and high quality service and decor from an apartment holiday rental. The name really lives up to its name, Belek LUXURY, The apartment was spotless, cleaner than many 5 star hotels I’ve stayed. The bonus was when we found out there’s no shoes worn in the apartment. Everything was of high quality, the bed linen was beautifully woven Cotton, and so crisp and white. The furniture land apartments look so new. The grounds are very well kept and the pool looks delightful. I loved how secure the property is, surrounded by high security fencing and a secured gate at entry. Now the service. Wow what amazing service. Mohsin, the manager of the property, went far and beyond our expectations. He greeted us at the gate and took our bags. Shows us around and offered his help at anytime. He even provided us with extra blankets and towels for the kids. The fridge was filled with water and juice box, everything was so thoughtfully considered. Mohsin was like a protected father, when we couldn’t get a taxi he dropped us off at the theme park which was so conveniently close. Everything is close by, shopping centre. Land of legends, restaurant, everything is less then 7 min away. Mohsin stayed up for us when we were out late, and offered to pick us up, such a wonderful person. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, and when there was a power outage at 3am in the morning, Mohsin answered his phone immediately and went outside to check what the problem was, it was a power outage out of his control, some electric company issue that this was fixed within 30min. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Antalya. Such beautiful and humble hospitality in a beautify modern and extremely clean complex with all the amenities you need. And the price was amazing. You’d pay 5 times as much for a resort that had the same modern and clean finishes and amazing service

Com uma localização conveniente no centro de Dalyan, Villa Karya dispõe de pátio. Communication with the owners management company was excellent and quickly responsive to any questions we had. The location of the villa was perfect, quiet but just a few minutes walk into town and close proximity to a supermarket, bars, restaurants shops and river. The villa was very clean & extremely well equipped, with mosquito screens on all doors and windows and even a water cooler machine. The kitchen cupboards contained everything we needed and more.

Com uma localização atrativa no centro de Dalyan, Villa Lidya dispõe de pátio. Villa Lidya is a perfect stay for couples up to larger families. It is located just a few minutes from the supermarket and Dalyan town centre. The villa has plenty of room and a lovely decked area to relax with an area to create a BBQ. The pool was cooler than it would be during later May, June etc but was still manageable to swim once taking the first plunge! It feels private and quiet. Just a road out front (not a main road) which locals and tourists use to walk down into town too. As this is a newer complex there wasn't many cats attending the villa (I know same people don't like cats). We used the air con once during our 9 nights as the rooms remain a nice temperature during the evening. There is a welcome jet bath in the top room which I took advantage of during the first couple of rainy days. I spent lots of time in the egg chair reading too which was very comfortable and cozy. You can hear the call to prayer which happens at various points throughout the day and night (5 times) but is to be expected in most places close to a center/mosque. All in all, I cannot feedback anything negative about villa Lidya. Genuinely 10/10 and would love to return when we come back to Turkey.

Superb location, very close to beautiful swimming platforms and two beautiful pools. It was very well furnished and equipped and had a fabulous view of Kalkan bay. We were extremely impressed with how helpful and attentive the owner was. He couldn’t do enough to ensure we had an easy and happy holiday.

Our stay at this stunning villa in Turkey was pure perfection! The private swimming pool was an absolute dream—sparkling clean, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We loved lounging in the sun and taking refreshing dips at any time of day. The villa itself was luxurious and spacious, with modern amenities, cozy bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor dining area was ideal for breakfasts in the sunshine and evening meals under the stars. The best part? The location was just minutes away from Land of Legends—an added bonus for thrill-seekers and families! We could easily visit the theme park and water attractions while still enjoying a peaceful retreat at the villa. Our host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, even surprising us with delicious Turkish delight on our last day—a sweet ending to an amazing holiday. Their hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and a touch of Turkish warmth.

Apresentando uma piscina exterior, um jardim e um terraço, Villa Miramar Kalkan apresenta acomodações em Kas com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e vista da cidade. We had a wonderful week at Villa Miramar in Kalkan. The Villa itself was well equipped and had all we needed, a lovely pool and small supermarket and restaurants close by (<5 minutes’ walk) Unfortunately we had an issue with a toilet on the top floor that started on day one, but the owner was fast and helpful and solved the problems short after. Last time we were in Kalkan was in 2017 and a lot happened since. There is huge more offers of restaurants and bars, but the price range has changed to at least >25% during that time, maybe also due to covid in 2020>. We had a very wonderful time in Kalkan and especially in Villa Miramar, that we would recommend at any time.
