The hotel is luxurious, spacious and well appointed with quality finishings and furniture. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They truely focus on the guest experience. The room was very comfortable and had an amazing view of Taipei 101. The Housekeeping team were very good and the room was exceptionally clean. The pool is fabulous on the rooftop and is perfect to cool down, lay out and relax. The view is stunning.

The hotel was luxurious with nice amenities like a lounge with complimentary coffee. I found my room really comfortable, bright, clean and well stocked with really comfortable beds. The location was right next to the subway entrance which was only a few minutes from Taipei Main Station which made getting around so easy. The staff were really polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is five star except the price. Although the lobby with its small size was a little underwhelming, I soon found out the staff and service is as good as any luxury hotel. They make a point of always opening the door when you enter and that's just the start of it. I loved the location too. MRT is 5 minutes walk away, and also Taipei Main Station is within walking distance at about 15 minutes. Everything is nearby from luxury shopping to breakfast and dining.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Check in and out was quick and easy. Our room was very luxurious and quiet with great views over Taipei. The choices for breakfast were amazing and although the restaurant was not open on the day we left, due to a very early check out, we were given a bag of food & drink to take with us.

We enjoyed the spacious, luxurious feel of our room. The view was a real highlight too! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional and our only dislike was that we didn’t book a longer stay! There is always something very special about staying in a Shangri-La hotel!
