The owner of the property helped us with everything and was really kind , breakfast and food ordered at launch was amazing . It was a comfortable and safe stay

Jambiani Villas offers a peaceful beachfront retreat with three properties located 350 meters apart in Jambiani. Each property features outdoor pools, free WiFi, and lush tropical gardens. The location and staff were great. Food and service at restaurant was great.

Our stay at the Royal Apartments from December 22nd, 2024 to January 4th, 2025 was truly magical. The property boasts a small but dedicated team that ensured all our needs were met with precision and care. From maintaining the pristine condition of the villas to crafting bespoke meals, every detail was meticulously handled. The beautiful towel art and personalized recommendations for island excursions added delightful touches to our experience. Moreover, the stables and lovely horses provided unforgettable beach rides during stunning sunsets, making our stay even more enchanting. A special mention goes to Sophie at the front desk, Zach the manager, Mr. Saidi in F&B, and Chef Ochu, the head chef, for their warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. We highly recommend this experience and would rate it a perfect 9/10.

Our host was friendly (edit: until she read this review and became dishonest and insulting) and generally available. She checked on us frequently and offered her help. The house and garden are spacious and well-decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is quiet and secure. Edit : Im sorry that you don’t accept any review which is not 10 out of 10 without calling your guest lier. I firstly gave good (7) but after your response my experience with this property and its host became disappointing (4). I informed you about the water in the kitchen on August 14th at 8:12am. You answered me at 8:14 “…I’ll pass by a bit later to show you how it works” assuming we misused the washing machine. I checked out on August 15th. The leak was reported more than one day before check out and not “a few hours before” as you claimed. That’s a shame we are not authorized to attach screenshot of watsapp conversation. It would show clearly who is the lier here. About the staff, you speak only about the cleaner which was effectively announced each times. The staff for the garden, the swimming pool and the roof came unannounced each times. That’s why I wrote “MOSTLY”. I understood that it didn’t disturb your other guests by reading other reviews that’s why I wrote “to our liking”. I can’t be more accurate than that. I’m sorry that you find my remark about outside activities (full moon party, quad, horse riding, sunset dhow cruise…) irrelevant but I disagree. In my opinion it’s connected to the property and especially its location. Most activities are located in Nungwi and Kendwa, it’s 1h30min far from the property and will cost 50$ by taxi each times. It’s my mistake to not check locations before. I just reviewed this to avoid others to do the same mistake. Lastly my comment about the beach is totally accurate, the property is “far from the beautiful beaches…” I never spoke about your advertisement or suggested anything about it. Your advertisement is totally accurate.

KKJ House situa-se em Zanzibar City, a 12 minutos a pé de Museu Memorial da Paz, 1,8 km de Casa das Maravilhas e 17 minutos a pé de Hamamni Persian Baths. We stayed twice for a total of 3 nights. Immaculate/spacious rooms (3 bedrooms/baths, sitting/dining area, kitchen and comfortable TV room). Everything is new and modern with plenty of fans and aircon in every space to make sure you are comfortable during all times of year. Munir is a very considerate and helpful host who is there to greet you on arrival and when you leave (make sure you get his direct cell # upon arrival as different than listed in booking). Highly recommend for big group/family who doesn't mind a walk into stone town.
