We liked everything, the facility is beautiful, excellent view, even better food. Sabrina is very kind, whatever we asked her she managed to get. All the other workers are very kind, an added plus is that you don't have to go out to restaurants, you can buy everything at the accommodation, the menu prices are very affordable. It is very clean and peaceful.

Wonderful breakfast with fruits eggs. toast or pancakes. The dinner was also excellent.The chef takes care of all the details on the plate. The Hotel a swimming pool and very cozy space to take breakfast or relax. The beach is exactly next to the Hotel. The Hotel even has bicycles to rent for a walk witch i recommend. The personal is very friendly and always happy to assist you The owner Ms Agnes welcomed as like a family member .

Friendly team, nice accommodation well furnished, great skin care products for shower. Excellent breakfast and location. So quiet and well located within walking distance to awesome restaurants.

We loved that it was set back from the beach so it was quiet, yet we had easy access to the ocean and we had a wonderful view of the turquoise waters from our large covered balcony. The balcony was an extension of our huge and pleasant room. A delicious and plentiful breakfast was delivered to our balcony each morning. The owner was very kind! He allowed us to stay extra time, since our taxi wasn't arriving until after check-out time.

The place is beautiful, very luxurious, with great attention to detail, and spotlessly clean. It looks exactly like in the pictures, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The sea is really close to the room. Ramadan, who manages the place, is very attentive, kind, and always willing to help. We asked him for something and he came right away, even though it was his day off (which of course we didn’t know). He is incredibly helpful and pleasant.

The house and garden are spacious and well-decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is quiet and secure. I firstly gave good (7) but after your response my experience with this property and its host became disappointing (4). I informed you about the water in the kitchen on August 14th at 8:12am. You answered me at 8:14 “…I’ll pass by a bit later to show you how it works” assuming we misused the washing machine. I checked out on August 15th. The leak was reported more than one day before check out and not “a few hours before” as you claimed. That’s a shame we are not authorized to attach screenshot of watsapp conversation. It would show clearly who is the lier here. About the staff, you speak only about the cleaner which was effectively announced each times. The staff for the garden, the swimming pool and the roof came unannounced each times. That’s why I wrote “MOSTLY”. I understood that it didn’t disturb your other guests by reading other reviews that’s why I wrote “to our liking”. I can’t be more accurate than that. I’m sorry that you find my remark about outside activities (full moon party, quad, horse riding, sunset dhow cruise…) irrelevant but I disagree. In my opinion it’s connected to the property and especially its location. Most activities are located in Nungwi and Kendwa, it’s 1h30min far from the property and will cost 50$ by taxi each times. It’s my mistake to not check locations before. I just reviewed this to avoid others to do the same mistake. Lastly my comment about the beach is totally accurate, the property is “far from the beautiful beaches…” I never spoke about your advertisement or suggested anything about it. Your advertisement is totally accurate.

Everything was excellent, from staff to amenities and cleanliness. The villas were spacious, very clean with a nice pool in the yard. Nicole and hotel staff were very friendly, hospitable and supportive. Outstanding experience!

KKJ House nằm ở Zanzibar City, cách Bảo tàng tưởng niệm hòa bình 12 phút đi bộ, House of Wonders 1.8 km và Hamamni Persian Baths 17 phút đi bộ. Everything about this house is perfection. The host exceptional, the location,the proximity the attention to detail. Very accommodative host. Loved my stay. This is my first 100/10 review

The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.
