The place was exceptionally furnished especially the kitchen. We cooked quite a bit including a couple of big meals and found everything we needed in the drawers and cabinets to have a wonderful cooking experience. The place is spacious and comfortable. It really doesn't lack for anything.

The location is extremely convenient, very close to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. The house is nicely updated and clean. Everything you need for a family vacation. It's perfect for skiers looking for great value for a large group. The living room is spacious and the smart TV made or great family time watching Netflix. The dining room table is huge and can easily accommodate a big family.

Stayed here for 4 nights while attending a music festival. Perfect house for 4 singles. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Nephi is an excellent host, very communicative and responsive, even with a last minute booking. The place is great - modern, updated and very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s near downtown SLC but also only a 30 min drive from great skiing in Cottonwood.

We stayed up here for my daughter’s 2 day cheer competition and it was so convenient to be close by and to have space for everyone to unwind afterwards.
