I stayed at JM Villas Tropical Khem Beach from November 7th to 11th, 2025, and overall it was a great experience. The location in An Thoi, Phú Quốc, is perfect — peaceful, tropical, and just a short distance from beautiful Khem Beach. The area feels private and ideal for a quiet getaway. And everything is nearby lees than 1 km Grocery stores , restaurants, pharmacy etc. The villa itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor area were especially nice — perfect for relaxing in the evening. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host Lana was clear and friendly. They provided all the necessary details beforehand, which made arrival easy. The only small downside was that some minor maintenance could be improved (for example, water pressure or Wi-Fi speed depending on the time of day), but nothing that affected the overall comfort. If you’re looking for a peaceful villa stay with great value in Phú Quốc, JM Villas Tropical Khem Beach is definitely worth it. It was brand-new, beautifully designed, extremely spacious across several floors, with many bedrooms and a fantastic private pool. It exceeded all expectations and made the stay unforgettable. And an incredibly helpful host who recommended great activities on the island.

It has different themes, with in total 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms as well. The property area is quiet, so it’s wonderful to have a good night rest :) Property comes with electric kitchen, fridge, and dining table which can fit 6-8 people with extra chairs provided as well. It is also conveniently located near the airport, and beach is also walking distance. I love how responsive the host was; she was very helpful and friendly, not to mention the guide book prepared for guests which also helped us a lot since this was our first time visiting Phu Quoc. The hosts’s friend who also helped us during our stay was also lovely and helpful! Overall, this place is definitely worth to try!

The staff is professional and efficient. The villa is very well located in an quiet hotel complex perfectly integrated into the environment. Clean and well equipped, it conforms to the photos provided. Cleaning is provided every 2 days, the swimming pool is cleaned every morning. The complex offers a wide range of services, the restaurant is quality, the buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied 500,000 VND/person. We rented motorbikes for 150,000 VND/day/motorbike delivered directly to the house. The villa has a garage, very convenient for motorbikes. There are also taxis outside the resort reception.

Away from the touristy resorts. Big room, great bathroom outdoors with amazing feeling to it. Amazing, helpful hosts. It has a real holiday vibe. By far the best place, I've been in the whole of Vietnam. Couldn't recommend more
