The staff in this hotel are very welcoming and hospitable. The receptionist was an amazing guy. I checked in early and he was very accommodating for me and my family. There is a free underground parking inside the hotel which is safe and super nice. The location is nice and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Also very close to other shopping malls. The size of our suite was very nice and it was well furnished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family in this place. Everything is really good. I just wish if they had a washing machine in their units that would have made it perfect. Just a suggestion for improvement. Some updates to the appliances would be great as well.

It was really clean with good smell and the sheets are new. We're happy that this aparthotel provide loofa as one of the toiletries pack- they are keen in keeping the visitors bath enjoyable.

Situado no bairro de Al Shatiea, em Jeddah, perto do shopping center Red Sea Mall, o Almasarat Tower Sea View oferece piscina com vista e máquina de lavar roupa. I enjoyed it very much, It was a very nice apartment with a nice view of the sea, shops are close by. And of course the very great friendly host hamza helped me whenever I needed something. If I pass by again Jeddah I will for sure come back.
