Beautiful pub hotel with lovely little quirks but absolutely charming. Dinner was good but breakfast was even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

The location is wonderful on the edge of a dense wood populated by many birds. The rooms are clean and functional, but the best thing is the staff who are very welcoming and friendly and create a warm trusting environment for all the guests.

What a great little secluded away from the rest of the world where you can just enjoy nature in the garden/woods. Staff are welcoming and really nice with great advice of placers to go.

The loveliest place, cant believe I have never been before. Full of quirky and independent shops.
Be prepared to walk slightly out of the centre to ensure you visit all the little streets.
Really good food and drinks good bars and a theatre.
Ate at the Greek restaurant Ayasophia? I think it was called,(up some stairs in centre of town) and would definetley reccomend.

Would have liked to have stayed longer in Hebden Bridge,...
Would have liked to have stayed longer in Hebden Bridge, though not in "COSY COTTAGE".
Although loved H/Bridge I left the cottage after only one night and not the three I had booked for.
very disappointed with the Cottage, no heating on, no information in file how to get heating on, only made aware TV only had "streaming" no terrestrial channels, on arrival to Cottage.
Sad when I read from other visitors to Cottage how warm it was.
defiantly not my experience.
Less than impressed from emails from whoever owns it.

Quaint and beautiful little market town - delightful!
Quaint and beautiful little market town - delightful! Has a lot of personality, and is a perfect little get-away from the metropolis of Manchester. There were excellent little cafes and restaurants. My favourite was 'Leila's Kitchen'. Also, the old cinema was charming and wonderful. Excellent for walking, too. Surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

Hebden Bridge is picturesque and set in a wonderful location. Most of the shopping area is paved over and is accessible .
There are many shops to wander about in and plenty of cafes for refreshments and a lovely cake shop with the old favourites for sale.
Also there are plenty of places to eat in the evening a choice of Italian Greek and Indian to name a few. Ha Ha but we opted for Dominos.

A beautiful and relaxing place.
A beautiful and relaxing place. There is plenty to do, whether you want to sit and have a quiet drink, eat out or go for walks.
There are also lots of buses to help you explore the surrounding areas and it is a straight bus journey to see where the Brontes lived - I didn't realise in time that bus trip was possible but if you ask any of the very friendly people in Hebden Bridge, they will give you all the details you need.
There really is something for everyone there.
We loved The Well House and had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden Bridge. It was a beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and fabulous place to stay and was really useful to get everywhere we wanted to go.
The cottage was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed and a bottle of wine. The hosts were amazingly helpful to let us know more about where we could find a nearby EV charger.
I'm pretty sure we'll be booking again.
The friendly, efficient & professionalism of staff nothing was an issue, food was fab breakfast & both evening meals were excellent a great choice available+selection of wines & ales, only issues was bedroom was a little uneven floor wise due to building age 200+, still decorated to a high standard, but heck if that's all!! they do a great job, would stay again as great location+free parking loved our stay
We loved our stay unfortunately we had free breakfasts through our genius level on Booking.com we were really happy with this, but they weren't doing breakfasts so we had to buy our breakfast out during our stay. It wouldn't stop me going back though as its a lovely hotel and it's handy for everything around Hebden Bridge.
Wonderfully furnished throughout with everything you could need for a short break.
Great communications form the owners from start to finish and this will be my go to place every time I'm in Hebden Bridge as this is by far the nicest place I've stayed in while there.
I would heartily recommend this place.
Great location, characterful house, well looked after and quite well stocked. It's the traditional Hebden Bridge small-but-tall layout on three floors. Some might find the steepness of the stairs a problem, but it's part of the character of these back-to-back mill workers houses.
Really well thought out, everything you could think of needing has been provided by the host in this cosy home very close to the centre of Hebden Bridge. I particularly appreciated all the local walking maps and ideas for local activities and the designated parking space.
Excellent little place with great facilities, host and centrally located. The apartment was very clean and with some lovely touches that really made it feel homely.
Very handy for walks and spending time in central Hebden Bridge.
We loved the cosy cottage. It's a historic building full of character, perfect for the two of us and our dog, and we especially liked being next to the canal and walking along the towpath to Hebden Bridge.
Great spot in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Thirty seconds walk from cafes, shops (inc. Co-op) and bars. Property was gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. Gutted we were only there one night!
The setting was lovely and a short canal side walk into town.
Communication with the owner was spot on. He was prompt and professional.
Parking was available outside the property.
The accomodation was superb, and the close proximity to the train station, only a 5 minute walk, and to the centre of hebden bridge was ideal.the breakfast hamper was a fabulous touch.
Beautiful, cosy, homely place with a lovely landlady and wonderful breakfasts, just a short walking distance to the restaurants, pubs, museums and shops of Hebden Bridge.
