We really liked our room. Spacious, well equipped and clean. Perfect for access to the spa. Enormous bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Plenty of towels and shower gel etc. Coffee and tea making facilities and also iron/board. Air-conditioning also handy as weather quite warm during our stay. Spa was very nice with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Plenty of sun beds indoor and out. Lovely changing facilities with all amenities.

The lido was brilliant fun when the tide went out.
Lots of eating and drinking on the beech which was perfect and saved on restaurant bills. Fab Thai restaurant and seating area on the beach which we really enjoyed

It's quiet if you are trying to avoid the busy areas.
It's quiet if you are trying to avoid the busy areas.
But there's not much to do. But there are plenty buses to get round.
The few restaurants are expensive with not a lot of variety to choose from. Head into town if you want decent food, not cheap either but at least you have a choice!

Too busy, Too noisy traffic, people wise overpriced pub meals at restaurant prices, and a lack of things to do. Have to keep relying, paying out for buses in order to explore areas, and have somewhere to go, things of interest to do.

Hotel was as described.
Hotel was as described. No air con in rooms was awkward as temperatures that week were 38C every day. A fan was provided but we took our own too which was just as well. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the beach front road outside as we had to have the window open wide each night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were OK but a little repetitive although you could ask for options not on the menu. Parking was an issue some evenings due to number of large workmen's vans taking up the spaces.
The host are amazing and extremely friendly. We booked 2 rooms for my family. On checking in, without asking, the rooms were changed so we were given 2 rooms next to each other instead of split apart. The breakfast was amazing! Nice juicy sausages and proper thick bacon! Choice of cereals, juices and hot chocolate which the children loved! The hotel is warm and very clean. Fantastic location. 5 minutes walk into St Helier and 1 minute walk to the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to to stay here again!
The location and views of the hotel are as good as it gets if you are after a peaceful stay with amazing sea views. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to check out the pool due to the Great British weather. There is a lovely pub close by.
A shout-out to the lovely man at the reception who helped us arrange a taxi for an early-morning flight. Notably, this wasn't as easy as it sounds as there are fewer taxis on the island than you would expect.
B&B-style hotel (no breakfast) on a quiet street. Restaurant nearby and close to the shore. Take bus 1 or 1a (different stop, but a block past the roundabout) after the tunnel from downtown. I walked back to the bus station / main square on the way back to pick up the airport bus. Comfortable budget accommodation, and courteous front desk staff with enough brochures to assist the tourist as well. I would book again.
The hotel is in a quiet corner of the island directly opposite a slipway down to a beach. My room was spotlessly clean when I got back each day. Breakfasts each morning were consistently excellent. Food arrived promptly and staff were unfailingly polite and attentive. I dined at the hotel one evening and that meal was also excellent. I would happily stay again.
Lovely friendly family run small hotel. Paula is a charming and makes you very welcome Nice sized room with comfortable beds. The Breakfast is great with fruit juice choice of cereals full English toast and preserves and tea and coffee plus in a great location 2 mins from seafront and 15 mins from Town centre
The host (I think her name was Paula) was a star - very welcoming, predicted my needs before I even needed to ask - for me this hotel was the one bright light in a very tricky sudden ferry transit through Jersey in the middle of the pandemic. The room was lovely and warm. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased with all aspects of the hotel.Breakfast offers a pleasing option well presented cooked and very good start to the day.Dinner again gave me a very wide choice good size portions using I felt local products.Full marks to your chief and assistance.
Everything, from tje staff, food, service, humour and just being made to feell welcome.
The hotel has spectacular views, but that asidd talking tp staff and their recommendations and friendliness was just what we needed after difficult times.
The hotel was very clean and location was fine - close to the beach and the bus stop. You can even walk to st Helier; it takes about an hour and part of the walk is on the beach, which is nice. The majority of the staff were nice.
Booked this hotel for my parents. They had a fantastic week, they loved everything about the hotel from the room to the breakfast, they said they will definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone visiting Jersey.
Hotel was located perfectly on excellent bus route plus a large car park for the car, with a gorgeous beach just across the road The owner sits on the desk and was very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely week.
It’s the oldest hotel on Jersey island but this place does not lack in charm, character or class.. whilst really giving you everything you need for any occasion.
