I like that it was close to the places i wanted to visit and by foot in 10minutes you are already by the lake. Also the stuff was very friendly and helpful.
Featuring an open-air bath and views of lake, Villa Lina is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Tremezzo, 1.3 km from Villa Carlotta.
Amazing holiday in a beautiful place. The hotel was clean, quiet and in an excellent location.
The swimming pool and private terrace was very peaceful at night. I would definitely return and recommend to others. Great access to ferry and bus outside the hotel. Shop next door to the hotel with all necessities. And excellent restaurants close by.

Beautiful part of Lake Como with great view, Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello in reachable distance and good access to other parts of the lake. I didn't stay long, so I really only had time to walk around in Tremezzo, but I saw both villas and walked alongside the shore for quite a distance.

Tremezzo was a great location to use as a base to enjoy the more famous towns nearby. Staying here meant that we were out of the hustle and bustle when we came back to the hotel. It was possible to find free parking near the ferry stop. In this area, when the parking spot lines are white--the parking is free. When they are blue--one must pay and often has a time limit.

Tremezzo is a perfect gateway for a city escape.
Tremezzo is a perfect gateway for a city escape. We drove around the entire lake and realized that Tremezzo’s view is indeed the most impeccable while the convenience is still there. Compare to other small towns alongside lake Como, Tremezzo is in connection with nearby towns that has more than enough stores for shopping, groceries, laundromat, banks, eatery, and views (Tremezzo too has sufficient stores that support a longer holidays). I do recommend driving here.

If you are on foot, this is perfect.
If you are on foot, this is perfect. If you are looking for a base to explore the area by car this is a disaster as there is no parking but then again I dont think there is anything in Lake Como that is not 10x more expensive that comes with free parking. You are better off going to Lake Garda or Maggiore

A beautiful place on the lake with bus and ferry stops and a lovely local park, ideal for picnics and swimming in the amazing lake. There are restaurants and bars nearby and the Villa Carlotta is well worth a visit. Tremezzo is a great base to explore Como.
The staff were fantastic! Warm and welcoming and always willing to help. The view from the hotel is magnificent. Facilities are great, and while the decor is an older style, the rooms are beautifully kept and clean.
Note the hotel is up on the hill and not down by the lake's edge so getting up there with your bags is difficult by foot as it is a bit steep. But the hotel was fantastic and organised a taxi to pick us up and bring us to the top once we arrived in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tremezzo and would come back again!!
Great location, facing the lake with the beautiful Grand Hotel Tremezzo next door, and adjacent to the gardens of Villa Carlotta. Charming apartment, with real character and an amazing view. We didn’t use the kitchen (we ate out) but it seemed well equipped. The bathroom was large and the washing machine was appreciated for all our laundry. The bed was super comfy too. Great that they had Netflix for the nights in too. We kept having those “pinch me” moments, staying at there. Wonderful stay.
The view was out of this world. Waking up to see the sun shining across the lake was very special.
This is a traditional, family owned property with an authentic Italian feel.
Set up high above Tremezzo .. peaceful and tranquil.
I enjoyed the walk down to the village but transport is provided by the hotel if needed.
Breakfast is basic continental style with plenty on offer. Very pleasant to sit on the terrace and enjoy your espresso with the mountain view!
The views were exceptional from the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly.
The owners husband gave us a lift to the train station as we had missed the earlier boat and we stupidly forgot our passports, the owners husband came back to pick us up from the station and the staff organised for a taxi to meet us on the way as we were under time constraint. Couldn't have been more helpful.
Absolutely nothing else like it. Exceeded all expectations, both facilities and staff. the hotel went above and beyond to make our first time stay absolutely perfect. If you are weary about staying in the area, don’t be, ferry to Bellagio for shopping and more food is only 4Euro a person and the hotel makes it so easy to navigate. 10/10
it was great location! easy to move around. you are between two ferries stop (Tremezzo & Villa Carlota) villa Carlota is the closest and had a cute little shop that sells coffee smoothies and snacks while you wait. casa Aquadulza is next to the beautiful Grand Tremezzo hotel. access with bags not easy but it made us laugh none stop.
we loved the hosts! the Villa is family-run and they were so delightful! they helped us with so much and went out of their way to help us! the room was so beautiful and it was such a lovely stay! it’s a 10 minute walk from the ferry and close to some restaurants. it’s right on the water and the rooms felt grand!
Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very nice view of the lake (unfortately we did not have it from our room, however great view, no opposite).
The hotel is 20 minutes walk from the Tremezzo ferry and main restaurants. The way to get there is a bit steep, justified the nice view.
Beautiful B&B with gorgeous rooms in restored house in the middle of Tremezzo. Our room was spacious with a queen bed and a big sofa bed for our two kids. The breakfast was delicious, with breads, croissants, eggs and even pancakes for the kids. We would stay here again any day.
This was the best location! It was so gorgeous, and we were able to be right across from the fairy, bus station, restaurants! I could not recommend this place more complete with washer and dryer, and the most romantic views inside and out! I love the balcony as well!
The location of the apartment was excellent. Close to ferry and bus stop as well as excellent restaurants nearby. Also super close to Villa Carlotta. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean.
Breakfast was good, choice of sweet and salty foods. Location excellent. There is lots of good restaurants nearby and a ferry just in front of it. Hotel is a bit old but room was comfortable and clean.
spacious, very clean, terrace with lake view, complete kitchen set, swimming pool, big garage, close to port to cross como lake to bellagio, new building
