I found a piece of paradise here, in Hotel Menara in Yasmine Hammamet which is designed in Arabic-Andalusian style with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool.
The staff is very friendly and solves everything you need. I especially grateful to Mme Hanen, the receptionist.
There is a nice balcony in the room. By the way, the room is very comfortable and has a double bed, a TV, a refrigerator, a desk and a big wardrobe with a mirror. The wooden furniture is not new but reliable.

Great for some March sun, on most of the days it felt like hot summer weather! The town is really pretty, with lots of old white buildings, the only thing that is annoying is the hassle you get as tourists as they are desperate for your money! But this is similar to lots of other places you go. We did quad biking and camel riding which was excellent and not too expensive (£100 for two of us for both activities). The beach was pretty and everywhere we went out for food was good with quality service.

It’s a nice area and it’s cheaper than Yasmin . The beach is ok here however I went in winter so I didn’t use the beach . The taxis are really cheap and they will take you everywhere . The Resturant’s are great and for example a big fish of fish and couscous costs and soup costs 20 dinars which is £5 . A beer at a bar is 5 dinars which is £1.50.

Hammamet North is a great spot for families and couples visiting Tunisia. There are many activities that are easily done: beach, mountains, archeological sites, ... There is also a great culinary experience for different cuisines and tastes.
Staff is very helpful and cheerful.
Service with smile at its best.
Thanks to all of them. Without this staff my stay will not be enjoyable.
I cant remember all names, however madam Darsaf and Othmsn Areibi as well as cheffs and waiters in both Chichkhan restaurant and breskfast restaurant are great.
Beach is nice, clean and services are near you.
I hope that some renewals and changes wilk take place soon, it will make the place a wonderful hotel and great bargain for money.
Location is very suitable centerville 15 to 20 min. walk.
I visited the hotel already twice, in 2023 and 2024. This year was much better, the service was perfect and the meal was excellent. All the staff is friendly, helpful and with smile on the lips. Room is cleaned daily. I love the location as well, very close to the city centre of Hammamet and close to the sandy beach, which is safety also for non swimmers. Around the hotel you find many shops and old Medina with its famous souk. I can recommend this accommodation. Price is very good as well. Definitely I will come back again.
Our best accommodation in Tunisia. If you don't want to stay in one of huge hotels, this is the perfect place to go. Friendly and very helpful hosts. Clean, large room with a comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the window, well-kept, wonderfully fragrant green garden with nice pool and place to rest. Possibility to order delicious home-made dinners (vegan and vegetarian options) - the only place in Tunisia where we could eat such a variety of food. We highly recommend it!
Clean spacious modern hotel, on the beach great pools.
Guest relations Zeyneb was very helpful , knowledgeable and really friendly, nothing was too much to ask of her.
Also great to hear that it was encouraged to sample the local culture and go to hammamet town centre to visit the medina great shopping , pottery artisanal gifts and made to measure clothes too l.
Ali in one of the shops was so helpful in choosing gifts and made to measure clothing.
Everything, the hotel was amazing, very calm with great location and stunning beach but most importantly I loved the remarkable hospitality, special mention to Emna Amri with her consistent smile and reactive support, she was always keen to please every guest and make his stay memorable and Amira Ben Hadj Ali who was always ready to ensure all hosts are enjoying their stay
Compared with other hotels I booked this summer, Oceana stand out big time
Everything was amazing :
- Super kind, helpful and friendly staff (special thanks to Mariem and Marwa)
- Located right in the heart of Medina which makes it more charmful
- The variety in the breakfast ; Traditional homemade Tunisian breakfast
- The way to the property let you feel like going into a maze which I enjoyed a lot
- The room was super clean, well organized and comfortable.
To summarize : it literally feels like home
We stayed here for 3 weeks we love this hotel ! The staff were all so awesome we will genuinely will miss some of them. This place is like a hidden gem in Hammamet its not tiny but not as big as some of the other places. It’s beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for a quiet getaway. The food the amenities the beautiful places to just relax and enjoy are plenty ! We will be back again and again
I’ve stayed at a hotel Medina Solaria and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable with a great sea view , and the staff was amazing. The hotel's central location in Yasmine Hammamet made it convenient for us to explore the area, easy access to the local attractions , and the variety of food options surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended!
The location was very good, at the sea side and close to the town center, however, we couldn’t swim because the beach is blocked with see weeds, the hotel didn’t clean the beach and it’s not open yet for swimming, food was average, the outdoor swimming pool was nice, it’s big and nice, they also have a tennis court where we brought our own rackets and balls and played there.
Beautiful property right in the medina of Hammamet. Comfortable, stylish rooms with a sauna and hammam on-site. Great, filling breakfast in the mornings to give you the energy to tackle the souks and soak up the sun on some pristine beaches
Very friendly staff, great food, nice hotel with its own character that blends well in the Tunisian traditional building architecture. Fantastic location and beach. Overall the hotel experience is much better than 4 stars hotels in Tunisia
The receptionist was nice and professional, what is rare in Tunisia where hotel personnel are usually are boor.
the beach in front of the hotel is nice and clean, but there are just a few deck chairs available.
It was amazing, The Staff was so Good and Nice , Leila laaroussi was so kind , the masseuse was a pro if i ever wanna visit Tunisia again i would chose hotel Alhambra again 🌟
the hotel location is very nice ,beautiful beach and landscaping, the Bangalows are beautiful and big ,and most people working at the hotel are nice and pleasant
The hotel on itself is a very beautiful building and has a spectacular view of the garden/pool and the beach. The location in Yasmine Hammamet was good too.
