The cleanliness. The large shower. The quick hot water even at 5 am. The bathrobe and slippers. The free water. The numerous outlets at table height. The breakfast. The woman in charge of the breakfast room. Even called the daughter of the owner who speaks fluent English to ask me if I wanted anything else . The two men who alternate long shifts at the front desk were wonderful. When I arrived, the one on duty bolted downstairs and took my bags up. When I left at 6am the other young man took my bags down and also used an app to get me a more reasonable taxi.

ORBI CITY SUITE is a 5-star property set in Batumi, facing the beach. The property is located 700 metres from Batumi Beach, 3.4 km from Ali and Nino Monument and 6.9 km from Batumi Train Station. The apartment is nice and brand new. The bed is comfortable, and the space is well laid out. I especially appreciate the work desk with the office chair. The internet is very fast and elevator is also very fast.

Located on the Beach in Kobuleti, Miramare Magnetic Beach Hotel offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Amazing experience in Georgia! This newly opened hotel looks even better than in the photos! Everything is well built according to a European standard and perfected to the last detail. The backlit panels you can see in the photos are in fact very thin layers of stone, nothing is faked and everything feels very premium. We had a room with a large balcony and a view of the Black Sea. The rooms were spotless and what was important - they had a private beach which they cleaned daily. What is most interesting - the beach has magnetic sand which doesn't appear almost anywhere else in the world and it will even stick to your phone in small columns! They use it in the spa procedures, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try that. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in Kutaisi, but it's not directly in the center which we saw as a big advantage. The restaurant in the hotel is imho the best in the town. They even have a private baker on the property and a collection of local wines - as we understood curated by both local and European sommeliers. Both management and staff were extremely helpful and consisted of locals and professionals from Europe. They recommended a trip to nearby thermal springs, which we haven't found anywhere online, and also a local market, where we bought produce from local farmers. We got there in a rented car. It's easy to find the hotel and the parking is guarded 24/7 by security. When you are in Georgia in general, this is a must-see spot. You will get a 5* hotel experience for which you would pay thousands of Euros in European resorts. If you consider staying in the area, I definitely recommend staying in here.

My favorite at the Black Sea Coast
This is perhaps one of the best places to enjoy the sea / swimming at Ajara Black Sea Coast. The sea is clean and calm here and if you are lucky with weather (which is too rainy sometimes) then you will have an unforgettable holiday. Combination of sea and mountains makes gorgeous view. Remember to take swimming shoes because there are pebbles at the beach and in the sea. I like to accommodate at Kvariati even when I plan to be the most of the time in Batumi (which is a real seaside city with lots of people, music, cars, noise, etc). Kvariati is 12 kilometers away (15 minutes of drive), and it is a small, quite place especially during the low season, so that you can fully relax here during the evenings and nights.

This hotel is really perfect. Our staying was only with the great emotions. location is very good, near the sea. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. We had breakfasts and dinners in the hotel and every time food was great. All dishes were very delicious. A director, manager and all staff is always helpful and ready to fix all open issue, if any. We were glad to meet so great people there. We hope to return back one day to Batumi, and definitely to this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Euphoria Hotel in Batumi! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was neat and thoroughly cleaned, and the seaview from my room was absolutely breathtaking—such a joy to wake up to every day. I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a great workout. Dining at the hotel was delightful, with both dinner and breakfast offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Euphoria Hotel to anyone visiting Batumi.
