A fabulous beach is literally steps away from the property with another lovely restaurant on site. This is an ideal property for couples looking to spend time relaxing together. The hoteliers were exceptional and could not have done enough for us. Luana and her partner are so friendly with great English and helped to make our stay such a memorable experience with great service, recommendations and assistance with everything!! Luana could not have done more! Provided great information about everything you need before, and during our stay with regards to directions, facilities, where to go, restaurants etc.. Breakfast is fantastic too, different every day. Such a friendly, romantic, lovely place to stay.

Always wanted to stay within a castle / fortress and this met my expectations.......and even had an elevator which went a long way with dealing with the luggage. Quite possibly the most relaxing and best night sleep I've had while traveling as I could leave the window open all night with the moist sea breeze vs stuff AC air and with the castle so far away from the town - very little noise. And because it was a small boutique hotel - filled with a more mature crowd that respected everyone else with minimal noise, slamming of doors and the typical loud voices in the hall at night ....but not here which was amaing. Free pass to the island to see the castle along with the crypts and a beautiful art studio with some really special pieces to take home.

We really love this place. It exceeded our expectations. Room was big, fresh enough, all was in excellent conditions, we don't have any complaints about the room. We are always critical about mattress and pillows, but this time there wasn't any problems to get good rest at night. Location is really fabulous - it was best place on Citara beach for us: not crowded and easy access, available all the day (till 21:00). We purchase additionally air conditioner and the fridge, but price was still very reasonable! We have used pool, thermal pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. We found it really great place to stay on Ischia.

Christian was a fantastic host, provided me with so much information prior to my arrival , collected me from the bus stop & welcomed me like family friends. Casa Sofia is spotlessly clean, very kind staff. My room was spacious comfortable bed, had all I required and a view of dreams. Bonus having a balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and served on a beautiful terrace.

El personal del hotel es muy atento y profesional. Te ayudan y te explican todo lo que hace falta saber para que disfrutes a tope de tu estancia. A nosotros nos ayudaran a conseguir moto de alquiler y nos la trajeron directamente en el hotel. La piscina tiene una vista preciosa a la montana. Todos los servicios proporcionados son de muy alta calidad. Hemos disfrutado mucho del desayuno que sirven que es literalmente increible. Tambien el menu a la carta del medio dia es muy bueno con precios en linea con el resto de restaurantes de la isla. Por la noche sirven un menu que incluye un buffet de entrantes, un primero y un segundo plato muy buenos.

The staff is exceptional, so kind and helpful! We have never experienced a nicer staff anywhere in the world. The thermal pools are so relaxing.The view is great. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. There are so many breakfast choices on the morning buffet and the meals are delicious at breakfast and dinner. Free shuttle to and from various points.

The Hotel Tritone is a beautiful property with amazing views and well-appointed rooms. We enjoyed having breakfast on property each morning but chose to eat at local restaurants for dinner. There was a nice beach cafe on the beach that served sandwiches and snacks during the day. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. We especially liked this hotel and island because it was not touristy. Highly recommend!

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
