Cozy apartment, quiet (despite being on the high street). Beds were soft and really comfy. Kitchen was basic so I’d recommend bringing some things from home if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking. The bathroom was fine, clean and the shower pressure was decent. Parking was a bit of a pain as we had to find a spot on the busy high street but we managed to get one close by every day so no complaints.

The property is around 17 km from Bangor Cathedral, 23 km from Anglesey Sea Zoo and 23 km from Beaumaris Castle. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Snowdon Mountain Railway.

The space was big, clean and comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for both the ZipWorlds (Quarry and Fforest) and also the railway and slate museum with play parks and cafes. A lovely big standalone bath and a separate large walk-in shower, need to run a hot tap to kick start the shower but not for long. All bedrooms are big, the single bed was larger than a standard single bed. The place was cold when we arrived but heaters in each room that warmed the place quite quickly. We would highly recommend and also happily stay again.

The Grooms Cottage is an excellent location for Caernarfon and Northern Wales excursions, only 5 minutes to Mt. Snowden Railway. The host was very kind, had a lovely welcome note with helpful instructions, and complimentary tea/biscuit service upon arrival. We are animal lovers, so after we politely requested, William introduced us to the farm's four-legged residents who were beyond charming! (Frankly, we fell in love with the place). This was an exquisite opportunity to learn about the farm, its history, and its unique role in sustaining rare breeds. The cottage itself was spacious, well appointed, very comfortable, clean and organized. The washing machine in the cottage was a convenient amenity, as was the kitchen. Our host even recommended an excellent spot to eat in town!

The stay was perfect and very affordable. The property was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was ready for when we arrived. The staff on site was very friendly, the food at the bar and grill was delicious and great value for money. The waitress Chloe provided a great service. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location is also perfect (a short walk away from the start of Llanberis path to go up to Snowdon, and there is a bus stop right in front of the flat that goes to Pen Y Pass and Bangor train station. I'll definitely stay there again when I come back to Llanberis.

Double with ensuite was great and the kitchen was really clean. It was just exactly what we needed for a short stay for walking to Snowden. The apartment was really comfortable and the views were brilliant. Just a very short walk to the high street or the lake. Excellent

A spacious and very comfy room in someone's flat which is their home. Shared bathroom. All as stated in advert. Owner very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. I was offered a shower after my stay as I was doing a triathlon. Coming back for a shower before my drive home was brilliant.
