Easily the best option to choose when visiting Venicia. Hosts were super nice and always tried to help. Breakfast was nice and the rooms probably the cleanest we have ever been in. Also the beds are very comfy and the bathroom is very nice.

Excellent location! 15 mins walk from the Venezia Mestre train station & pretty close to most main bus routes. The hotel seems to be managing the apartments (and does it very well). Guests can use the hotel's main restaurant with a discount. The apartment was spacious, extra clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The shower is very modern. Good kitchen amenities (modern stove, a microwave, a teapot, etc). Would definitely recommend if you're a larger family and want to have space and relax. The rooms are pretty soundproof, too.
