The location is great, right next to the lake and easily accessible from the motorway. We walked across the bridge to Melide and caught the train to Lugano - it was all very convenient. The hotel restaurant is excellent.

The apartment is good and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The terrace had a nice view, and the building has its own safe parking lot. It was a bit complicated with the key at the start, but somehow, we managed.

The apartment was in a beautiful position on the stunning lake. There were 2 pools, a play ground etc, swimming in the lake, safe parking. The well tended grounds were large and beautiful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped if small. The shower and bath good. The owner was delightful, she responded well to all my messages. She left us a bottle of her delicious Prosecco in the fridge. There was coffee sugar condiments etc to use.

We really liked the location, with the balcony that overlooked the mountains and lake. We had a kitchen and were able to have breakfast there in the mornings, and put everything in the dishwasher afterwards. The bed was very comfortable and the fan also kept the room temperature perfect. The rooms were all very clean.
