The beach is excellent but currently no sun beds on any of the beaches due to an ongoing dispute with the council we was informed by a local. Excellent restaurants and bars in Aguadulce and not to far from Almeria city centre (€14 in a taxi/cheaper bus option available) we had breakfast most days in Maricastaña overlooking the marina and sea, good food and drinks and good prices. Casa Puga for traditional tapas in the centre of Almeria a must visit. Aguadulce was nice and quiet in April, not a massively touristy location which suited us.

This aparthotel is very clean with lovely sea views.
This aparthotel is very clean with lovely sea views. Close to everything and a great supermarket at the back on the hotel. Friendly staff who checked us in quickly and recommended parking in the free underground car park opposite. For the price I would say worthwhile especially as the balcony is so big with table chairs and two sunbeds. We were on floor 2 but would request floor 3 next time

We were in deep off-season, so many places were closed, but that suited us perfectly for a post-Christmas rest break.
The hotel restaurant met our needs perfectly throughout our stay, and in mid- and high season there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We stayed in Aguadulce in Feb/March - off Season.
We stayed in Aguadulce in Feb/March - off Season. It was very pleasant, with Supermarkets, a Laundry, several ATMs, Cafes and Restaurants within an easy walk. The town is quiet and we felt very safe wandering about. The Beach and Marina are 10 mins walk away from our Hotel. There are many Mature trees and Parks nearby, all contributing to a very pleasant town to stay in.
Great place to stay, very helpful and friendly staff, easy self-check-in, free garage space included, very clean room on the 8th floor with balconies and sea view in my case. Good location with many restaurants and groceries around, close to the beach 10 minutes walk. Fast Internet, large screen TV, fully equipped room, everything you need for your stay. Almeria 15-minute drive by car, not far.
The location, the views, the fact that the pool was open in low season as many other hotels pools are not. We were upgraded to a top floor apartment with fantastic views. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The apartment was spotless and very big. It had 2 balconies and equipped with everything you needed including an iron and ironing board. Loved it.
Great location and our room was even bigger than expected. The hotel catered to our special requests and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The space was very comfortable and the bed was too. Very clean as well. This was amazing value for the money. You will likely need a car to access it as we had, I imagine public transport would take a long time
I am 3th level genius in booking, i am staying many hotels, this was the worse. It teached me that i shouldnt book more than 2 days before i see the room. I m not paying for nice decoration room, i am paying for rest and stay in confy place. If you are paying only for some nice decoration you can book this room.
A basic hotel that met all of our expectations and was very clean and spacious. Compared to the resort-style hotels in the area I found that this hotel was totally equivalent in quality and way less expensive.
The hotel was impressive and immaculate , the staff were impersonal and not give star more 3 star. The mattresses were to firm and uncomfortable . Five star appearance but shadowed by 3 star service .
A lovely hotel, with great facilities. Comfortable, spacious rooms and ample dining facilities. The pool area was also great, with lots of space and enough sunbeds.
