Where to start, Mr Kostas, the most welcoming, caring and simply AMAZING host we’ve ever experienced, and that’s without even ever having met him!! From leaving us gifts at the door when we’re away to waiting for us to go out for dinner so he can clean the pool and tidy the garden, a level of service dreams couldn’t make up. I have made detailed pictures of the most stunning garden and lower level completely private pool side as it is EXACTLY what I’d want my dream house to look like! As a Muslim family privacy is very important and privacy is exactly what you are getting on the lower level pool side, very cleverly designed! Surrounded by beautiful trees, birds and cats you will find the peace you’re looking for. The house itself, just as stunningly designed as the inside, comfortable bedroom, nice long couch, all the amenities you could want in the kitchen which is well stocked too! The bathroom is very roomy, the shower (for the first time ever encountered) has too much pressure when fully opened!? So you have the luxury to only use part of the water pressure rather than wishing for more. We didn’t end up using the airconditioning as stays nice and cool throughout the day, and the addition of a washing machine is very useful too. THANK YOU for one of our most memorable holidays!!

The hosts Maria and Giorgos were incredibly hospitable and willing to help us with any issues we had. They had excellent recommendations for us in regards to what to do and where to go. The apartment is only a short walk away from the Heraklion City Centre, the Bus Station and the Port.

Omg, this place is nice! A very good place for families. Great value. Large, roomy and quiet. A great patio area. With Washer and dryer. Wonderful bathroom. The host, had a variety of food, snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. There is a grocery store a minute walk away. There's an amazing bakery 4 minutes away. Lots of cafe's and restaurants within walking distance.

The cottage is located between two roads in the back "alley's" where many properties are being brought back into use after many years dereliction. The area suffers from a short term problem of "graffiti" relating to a recent international issue. Close to the City centre, barely 10 minute walk.
