Great facilities (pool, badminton area, bar), a very nice and chill place to relax and socialise if you want to. Great music playing most of the day. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, love the mattress.

New Teddy's on the Beach er staðsett í Jambiani og býður upp á útisundlaug, garð og ókeypis WiFi. Gististaðurinn er með verönd og bar. Absolutely loved my whole time at New Teddy’s. The location, space and facilities are a dream: right in front of a gorgeous beach, beautiful layout with the swimming pool in the middle, the different lounge options, the sunshine and the breeze, the bar and open living/dinning area. The whole environment really makes it easy to meet people, hangout and overall feel really happy while being there. The food and drinks were incredible, highly reccomend the salads and cocktails (specially during happy hour, when everybody gathers around the bar) and the prices are really reasonable. Finally, the staff team is amazing, super warm and friendly, hardworking, trustworthy, they give the best reccomendations because they genuinely want to share their knowledge and love for this place. Villa Upendo Paje er staðsett í Paje, í innan við 100 metra fjarlægð frá Paje-ströndinni og býður upp á verönd, reyklaus herbergi og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Nina was really friendly and helpful! The location is nice, close to the beach! The place was really clean and safe! I felt very welcome and like home! Definitely will go back! Thanks for everything!

Mambo Leo Hostel er staðsett í Paje, í innan við 400 metra fjarlægð frá Paje-ströndinni og 19 km frá Jozani-skóginum. Boðið er upp á gistirými með garði og sameiginlegri setustofu og ókeypis WiFi. Very good location in the center of Paje. Close to beautifull beach,main road with dala dala buses,shops,banks,restaurants etc. Fantastic garden ! Kitchen,refrigerator,toilet,shower. The most important-Totu,very nice young woman is your fantastic host .

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks, i’m not really sure that i can write these guys what they deserve but i will do my best; This is the place to be in zanzibar specially if you are solo traveler, everyone here are so welcoming and trying to serve you whatever you want and even sometimes before you ask! The hostel is approximately 30 second from the beach and close to most of the restaurants and to the main road, i got the 4 beds dorm which was super clean and they clean the room everyday and change the bedsheets too!!, the breakfast from 8 till 10😨 there are 2 options available for free which are, pancakes or eggs. Plus coffee and juice. The facilities are super clean, there are more than 5 toilets and showers so you will nearly never wait for a shower, they have safe box where you can put your passport and valuables in and they really take care of it and even not everyone of the workers can enter the safety box room, there are cctv in the place, from midnight there are security guard which feels safe and a good thing, there are so much space in the hostel to just chill and enjoy, you can buy drinks and food from the bar from 7am till 12am and you can pay the bell last day which is really convenient and they have specials everyday, they can arrange everything for you from airport pick up till kite surfing!, the workers from the owners till the cleaners are always smiling and give the place a really good vibe. Thanks to josep, soliman, dr ali and the comedian alex and all the others to make this stay unforgettable, for sure will come again.

Shoki Shoki Hostel er staðsett í Zanzibar, í innan við 400 metra fjarlægð frá Stone Town-ströndinni og býður upp á sameiginlega setustofu, reyklaus herbergi og ókeypis WiFi. Very good stay experience. Our flight arrived in the morning, but they could check us in if there were rooms available. At the same time, the hotel provides reliable laundry service, which can be completed 24 hours a day. The location of the accommodation is also very good, very close to the beach and pier. The two receptionists at the accommodation are very friendly and will answer any questions patiently. The air conditioning in the room was good enough which is important in the hot summer. The sanitary conditions of the room are also very good, the bathroom and toilet are clean, and the bedding is also very clean.

A calm, cozy oasis with a relaxing garden, a perfect place for backpackers and solo travelers, conveniently located in the Nungwi Beach district of Nungwi, Green's Nungwi is situated 200 meters from... After traveling around in Zanzibar for a while I could honestly say that this is the best place i have stayed. It’s super clean, big breakfast, the service is at top and for accommodation a very good price. Zanzibar In general is not cheap and it’s not easy to find budget accommodation, so to find a place that is this cheap and also a much higher standard than most places is amazing. Even the more expensive places I’ve stayed can’t keep up on the service level that Greens provide. The respect between everyone who is working inside Greens is very nice to see, I bet Greens is a very lovely place to work. That’s probably why it’s such a family atmosphere inside Greens. Was reading other reviews about greens and the people who complain about small details are just ridiculous, some people always have to find something to complain about. You have to come here to experience it yourself. I’m definitely coming back here

Stone Town House er staðsett í Zanzibar-borg, 300 metra frá Stone Town-ströndinni og býður upp á loftkæld herbergi með ókeypis WiFi og alhliða móttökuþjónustu. The house itself is beautiful, everything is done up very nicely and even the beds in The “dorms” are very spacious single beds. The staff were exceptional! We arrived at 6am the morning of check in after travelling through the night, and one of the members of our group was sick. They had no problem letting us up to a room that early and did not charge us any extra. The same thing happened on the last day with a sick member who couldn’t leave the bed and again they were so accommodating and kind. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot in stone town!

Drifters Zanzibar er staðsett í Paje, nokkrum skrefum frá Paje-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði og bar. I have been living in Tanzania for over 6 years, and I come to Zanzibar a few times a year. My favorite place in the whole island, especially in Paje, is Drifters. Super fun vibes, great beach, great food, close to everything, and best place to be! If you're traveling alone or with friends, I highly recommend Drifters!

Aquarium Beach House er staðsett í Nungwi og býður upp á garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað. Gististaðurinn er nokkrum skrefum frá Nungwi-ströndinni og 2,5 km frá Royal-ströndinni. Exceptional place located directly on the beach, the owners very very helpful and friendly! Great value for money, clean rooms and good food in the restaurant, definitely coming back!
