Central location despite the intensity and business on the streets outside. Good sound-proof windows and doors when closed. You almost don't notice the noise at all when going to sleep at night. Staff very agreeable and helpful with luggage - whether holding it or moving it to your room. Also with ordering at taxi where required. Towels are not replaced unless on the floor - a hotel trying to be more 'green.' Slippers and bathrobes in more prestige rooms.

You have shops, restaurants, cafes nearby which was great. The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. Keep in mind that this is more an apartment building instead of a hotel as there are no cleaning services. They provide you with extra towels and should you need extra toilet paper (for those staying more than a couple of days) you can always ask at the reception.
