We can sense that the team is maintaining the hotel with heart and love. The service worth 5 star. It's very considerate of then to offer free dinner on arrival. For late customers after 10 pm, they even prepared a table with cold dish and dessert, we really appreciate it. The staff are so sweet and helpful, treating us like family. We had a really good connection with Adera, who was our favorite. She's so kind and always smiled and cared if we need anything. It's a warm tradition for her ending the conversation with "mi niño". If the management consider a investment to upgrade the facilities to be 4-5 star hotel, I believe people will be so willing to pay for it. I believe in the potential!
