Our host picked us up at Zadar bus station when we arrived. He even drove us to the local supermarket to pick up essentials before heading to our apartment. He gave us tips on where to eat out & how to access the beach and other local amenities. He checked in on us at regular intervals to make sure we were ok and having a good time. On our departure, he drove us to the airport. We felt taken care of and in good hands. Loved the pool area, which was spotlessly clean. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean & comfortable.

Beautiful and modern family-run hotel with exceptional food and the friendliest staff. It provides a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Our trip to Croatia centered around the beach and this hotel was very close to a beach with sandbars. There is also a ropes park in walking distance. The hotel pool was perfect to relax when the beach got crowded or too hot. At a reasonable extra cost, an airport shuttle is also available, as well as tours that have pickup and drop off from the hotel, so you don't have to drive to Zadar for a meeting spot.

First, hospitality. We expressed a wish to eat fish since Kali is a fishermen town so Ana pulled her connections and provided us with a delicious fish. Then, memorable view from a first row to the sea on Zadar, Kali and little island Ošjak. Location is just perfect. Beach is 10m away, little grocery store and a cafe just 400m away. Surprisingly quiet area. Apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped with a private parking. If you need restaurants or e-bike, motorbike or boat rental, Preko is 20 minute easy walk away.

We arrived to Zadar by bus and there were no any buses to Stary Grad( later we knew that there is an application called "Get by" to search for the transportation in Croatia), but the host kindly agreed to meet us by car for additional payment, wich was super helpful:) Apartment was very comfortable, super bright and big, balcony with table and 4 chairs with a great view on the mountains and a little bit on the sea. Kitchen was really nice too and well equipped. Bedroom was spacious with a big bad.

The apartment is as advertised. The hostess welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. The apartment itself is pretty basic, but clean and maintained. It has all the basics you need for a several days' stay (pots and pans, cuttlery, glassware, cups; dishwasher, washing machine, hair-dryer, towels, etc). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. At the time of this booking, Apartment 3 had the best price-to-quality ratio in Zadar area. It was an excellent choice for a business trip.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Zadar and Hotel Nico. The location was great and we enjoyed walking across the street to the beach. We also walked to Old Town. We very much enjoyed our included breakfast. It was delicious with ample variety. The parking was very convenient right in front of the hotel. Our room was very nice and had a nice view of the Sea. The staff was excellent ... very friendly and helpful! Whenever we visit Zadar again, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Nico.

Great apartment, comfortable with everything you need. Good AC, although it is in the main room, so bedrooms can get warm in the summer if doors are closed. Washing machine slow, but works. Very quiet rural area. Host was super nice and wifi, shower, and kitchen worked great. Host does not speak any English and I know 4 words of Croatian, so that was a little hard. TV worked and parking was easy. 25 minutes into Zadar and about 20 minutes from the airport.

Nice hotel if you want to stay far of the crowd of Zadar, 15' minutes from downtown and 10' from the airport by taxi/uber. Breakfast and room are well. In front of Hotel there is a small beach, nice and quiet (Hotel hasn't a private beach). Close is the Marina (D Marin), you can get it walking, 10' minutes, it's an amazing and marvellous place and beach, has a private and public sector, bar, restaurant and services, it's worth!

Everything was so perfect, we loved every bit of the stay, it is a super clean and very comfortable apartment. The apartment is so centrally located that everything was within 10 mins walking distance, infact the tourist info center is just 3 mins walk from the house. Apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and the host is so accommodating. If you are staying in Zadar, surely look for this place, I highly recommend this place.

The seaview was great. You can see the sea from the bedroom, the kittchen and from the terrace. Also you have a nice acces to the sea from the Apartment. So you can easily go swimming or relaxing. Also the modern Apartment was very comfortable. You have anything you need. The owner is really nice. If you have any question, he would help you. If I am in the Region of Zadar again, I would like to stay in this Apartment!

Lidia was super friendly, felt like an airbnb host. Very beautiful decoration. The location is pretty close to the center of Zadar. Parking spot. Clean. Private garden to enjoy the coffee and company. It was so quiet during the night although it was full season...if it weren't so hot, we could have slept with an open window. We'll definitely return here next time we visit Croatia.

A comfortable, well furnished and well equipped new apartment within easy walk of the old town. Easy to get to by car with a dedicated private parking. We reached Zadar past midnight, but the host Christine still met us to handover the key and explain everything very cheerfully and also graciously gave us a later checkout as she had flexibility the next day.

Perfect location to explore the area. During our week we went lots of amazing beaches, I'd particularly recommend going to Nin, Zadar and Pag. On Pag there was an awesome hiking trail called Life on Mars 👌 Could easily spend 3 or 4 days exploring Paklenica national park. All these things within 1 hour. Apartment perfect, fully equipped and lovely hosts

We wanted to stay outside the cities, thats why we have chosen this place. Zadar is 15 min by car. Close there are nice Islands Vir and Pag with good beaches, also reacheble by car. Sea is 2 min walking and there are several good spots for swimming. Apartment is very big, modern, stylish, equiped with everything. Peacful and quite. Big balcony, sea view.

The location was awesome with view to the sea from living and bedroom too. The host was verry polite, always smiling and always available to help you and give you solutions to your requirements. She was willing to help us even after we made the check-out. Me and my wife warmly recomand Apartments Laura 1 for a great stay in Privalka (northern Zadar).

Hosts are incredibly friendly and nice people. Apartment was clean, modern, well equipped with all appliances you might need during the stay. Location is just a few minutes from the beach, store, and everything you need. There is a bus station also couple minutes from the apartment where you can take a bus to Zadar or Nin.

Location to the seafront & restaurants was ideal. Apartment beautifully furnished to a high standard. Extremely peaceful & relaxing. Everything you needed was there, Netflix was a bonus too!! Host was very helpful, organised a taxi for us into Zadar & also lent my daughter a phone charger. Highly recommend!!

Our hosts Damira and Bruno super friendly and helpful. Collection and drop off at Zadar Airport, plus a welcome drink on arrival. Apartment had all the domestic stuff you normally need to buy eg washing up liquid, tea towels and plenty of cutlery and crockery. Super clean. 12min walk to sea and restaurants..loved it

Apartment in the center of the old city, but still quiet. Spotlessly clean (and this was very important to me). The contact with the host Patricija was great, all the instructions for self-check-in were clear and sent on time. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone for their stay in Zadar.

Everything was excellent. Apartment is brand new in a very quiet area few minutes walk from old town. Hosts were very nice and helpful. We were family of 5, there was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed our stay. I can sincerely recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Zadar
