Every detail counts yet humble that they have just opened up their dream hotel which will just be better and better for the coming years. The breakfast was fantastic. Not over-done yet generous, personal, fresh and delicious. Extra bonus for offering ordering of all different kind of egg-dishes which we loved. Served in the lovely courtyard by the pool. We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was A M A Z I N G. We will for sure come back and bring our closest friends. As this place is a must stay and I hope that they continue to evolve in the same way. Offering a "pricy affordable" dream-stay in Palermo.
