Great value for money for very comfortable hotel room. We stayed in Studio Executive King room. The room was very large, bed very large and comfortable, shower worked well, wifi worked well, good areas for sitting. Room was relatively quiet except for some noise above. Check in and check out was very quick. Room had fridge and freezer and toiletries and everything one needs for very comfortable stay. Surrounding area is not very nice - but standard for Johor Bahru - though the location is excellent if you want to be near the train station/border crossing to Singapore - 5 minute walk to train station. They also have free shuttle bus to train station if you have luggage. Overall we would stay here again as it was very comfortable and great value for money. It is not a place with character but one doesn't expect that with this type of hotel - rather it is reliable and comfortable and convenient.

To go everywhere, better use taxi or grab,because the building like malls are quite far... We used grab car, what i like most, driver and johor people are nice and friendly... best!! Sure come back here n spent more days here.... after spent whole day at legoland, dont forget to drop by to mahkota crown, infront istana (i dont remember) not far danga bay river are nice during the night, with all the lights....

In jbcc, you might bring your kids to angry bird theme park while at the same time you want to shop. Easy access of uber transport. For singaporeans, it will be easy to access there as it links with ciq building.

Indeed, Johor Bahru makes some slow progress to become a greener and more pedestrian friendly and better organized. Chinatown is a nice place to walk along with a few galleries and nice cafes. Otherwise, it remains a town with massive traffic jams, only very few places to meet for a good beer, poor public transport, mushrooming of new constructions of condominiums, which nobody needs and a hectic third-world bus stations (local buses at CIQand long distance station Larkin)

There are many interesting places in Johor.. Perhaps the respective authorities could play their roles to improve the outlook and available facilities at those places.. child friendly accomodations and clean atmosphere are very crucial for most parents.

A place for shopping & food. If you wanna shop for branded goods,Johor Premium Oulet has it all. If you wanna shop for raya, Angsana is recommended. Foodwise, nearby Angsana,Leva Leur Cafe is nice if you wish to indulge in "makan lambak" which means food is being put on the table instead of bowls & plates. For nice asam pedas, there's one in Angsana Mall. And for seafood, I recommend Stulang.

Stay here quite often as it offers a good stay and play rate during the week. Great location for the airport and for shopping at Johor Premium Outlet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is huge so expect to see maintenance but that is a good thing. Do be sure to ask for a plug in mosquito repellent or simply bring your own. The proximity to the golf course and it’s water hazards is a great environment but of course it also attracts mosquitoes. Will always stay here whilst it is good value for money.

The location was super. Just above KOMTAR / City Square, easy for travellers. The check-in was smooth and quick, room was very spacious and clean. We loved it a lot. No doubt, this hotel will be my #1 choice for my future Johor trips. Previously I had chosen a double bedroom but the staff helped me to change to two single beds room after my request thru Booking.com, helpful and thankful. Surprisingly the shower area was very spacious, design is very simple yet you have everything you need.

The location is close to Legoland Theme Park, and our primary purpose to visit Johor Bahru was to visit Legoland. There is a shuttle bus service to Legoland Park. We tried local Malaysian food in one of the restaurants at dinner, which was amazing. Buffet breakfast was good, but more variety needs to be added. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment and its size was great for a family of four. Overall, stay was comfortable.

I love everything about Prestigo Hotel. I and my wife stayed 14 nights here and it was amazing. The staff are courteous and friendly, they helped with all we needed from them. It's a place we will definitely be the next time we visit Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Location is a bit far from the main city, however if someone is planning to visit the Legoland and/or the Johor premium outlets it is comparatively near. Room was clean and comfortable for a night stay. Breakfast has limited options and can improve.

Love the location as it is away from the busyness of Johor Sentral. The hotel is near some shopping centre such as Angsana. Not only that, but the hotel is also connected to Paradigm Mall. Finding food will not be an issue.
